While we are still engaged on the project, we will continue to assist your team in initiating the implementation process that results in realizing savings much faster.

Once a client hits the “Approve” button on an individual solution in our OptiWare™ in-house software system, OptiCOMM initiates the Implementation process to kick-start the follow-through for tangible results. When “Time is Money”, we minimize the time it takes to turn approved solutions into meaningful efficiency gains and lowered costs. Until these issues are formally addressed and corrected, it costs you money. Our team engages with the appropriate carrier or vendor involved and initiates the appropriate change orders. We contact them to establish work order dates to remove unnecessary or outdated services. We get agreement on the earliest timing that billing reductions or corrections will be reflected on the client’s bill. To save money, each approved solution is initiated as early as possible.
